What is the ABLE Act?
The Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act allows states to create tax-preferred savings account programs for people with autism. Stuart Spielman will present a webinar on Wednesday, September 27, from 12 to 1PM EDT to discuss the ABLE Act and share information about:

As senior policy advisor and counsel for Autism Speaks, Stuart Spielman advocates on Capitol Hill and before federal agencies for research and services that can improve the lives of children and adults with autism. He has worked on the passage and implementation of the ABLE Act for the past decade. Stuart holds a juris doctor from the University of Wisconsin School of Law and a master in laws in taxation from the New York University School of Law. He and his wife are the parents of two sons, one of whom is on the autism spectrum.
