Dr. Megan MacDonald, Ph.D.
Oregon State University

Dr. Megan MacDonald is an associate professor of kinesiology in the College of Public Health & Human Sciences at Oregon State University.  She received her PhD in 2011 from the School of Kinesiology at the University of Michigan.  Dr. MacDonald’s work broadly focuses on the critical role of motor skill development and physical activity behavior in children with and without disabilities and how these behaviors relate to and impact other aspects of child development.  Dr. MacDonald is a current PI on a funded study from the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health & Human Development, focused on improving the physical activity behavior of adolescents with developmental disabilities.
