Sex Education & Consent: For Neurodivergent Young People & Their Parents (online)

Join us for a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirming workshop designed to help prepare teens and young adults for safe, healthy romantic and sexual relationships.
Open to ages 11+ up , this workshop was created specifically to support autistic and other neurodivergent young people who struggle with social, relational and communication skills.
A parent (or parents) must attend along with their child. This parent-mediated approach fosters better family communication and implementation of the information presented.
June 4 from 2-3:30 pm Via Zoom
Dr. Sarah Bruce of Spectrum Psych LA joins IRL Social Skills founder Mara McLoughlin to present this informative and empowering workshop, which will address topics such as:
Dating and relationships
Identity and orientation
What sex is (and isn’t)
Consent
Safe sex practices

Each ticket permits one youth and one adult (parents must accompany their children). For additional family members, please order additional tickets (they’re free!)
