• The elements that support the body’s ability to eat, process, and enjoy food for healthy growth and development. 
• Breaking down the steps of food presentation to reduce the frustrations and anxiety around mealtimes.
• Tips, tools, and resources to allow your family to enjoy mealtimes together.
