ONLINE WORKSHOP: Caring for yourself while you care for others
This workshop focuses on the why and how to prioritize yourself so that you can care for others. Whether you are autistic or caring for someone who is autistic, this workshop is for you.
We will discuss the critical nature of calming your own system when you are Autistic and/or guiding someone with autism. We will discuss the neurobiological reasons for this along with discussing manageable ways to calm one’s system.
The best thing you can do for an autistic someone is to understand and manage your own regulation needs. Come find out how to focus on your overall care and what to do in the middle of stressful moments together with others.
