One Page Profiles for the Medical Setting plus Introduction to HERO Kids Registry

This interactive workshop will teach families how to build or adapt a One Page Profile that is especially geared to the medical, dental, or therapy setting. The session will also introduce Oregon’s new HERO Kids Registry, an important emergency health care resource for children who are disabled or have special health needs.
