OFSN Parent Support Group: Raising A Teen With Anxiety Or Depression (Lane County, Virtual)

Who: Parents of teens struggling with issues including depression, anxiety, suicide ideating, eating disorders and self-harm

What: A chance to meet other parents who understand how tough it can be to help our children

Finding emotional support from other parents can help reduce feelings of isolation and guilt

Topics discussed will include self-education, coping skills, communication with our kids and navigating school supports

When: First Thursday of the month, 6:00pm – 7:30pm
