FAMILIES OF ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

What?  Portland-area focus group for families of adults receiving DD services (K Plan) in their family home or in their own home

When?  Sunday, February 10, 1-2:30pm

Where? Independence NW, 919 NE 19th Avenue, Ste. 275-N Portland, OR 97232

Why? To seek qualitative feedback from family members of adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities related to their preferences, needs, and experiences with DD case management. What do people with disabilities and families want and need from the DD system? What is working and not working? How might case management best support the ideal that people envision?

FOOD AND DRINK  WILL BE PROVIDED TO PARTICIPANTS

Participation is voluntary and confidential. Information will be shared with Oregon Office on Developmental Disabilities, but no individual participants will be identified.
