Join Creating Opportunities on Friday September 22nd 2023 for an in-person Cooking Safely Together Pizza Workshop while reviewing safety rules for using kitchen appliances such as microwaves, ovens, and stoves. The classes will feature clear visual references that families can use at home to help them avoid foodborne illnesses, cuts, burns, and other injuries compiled from reliable sources. One Cooking Safely Together Kit will be provided to families who have not yet received a kit for their family in the past.
