The Swindells Resource Center welcomes Rose City Self-Defense for in-person, personal safety strategies workshops that are noncontact, empowerment based, and trauma informed.

• Learn how your intuition helps keep you safe
• Rediscover what your instinct feels like in your body
• Practice using Assertiveness as a safety tool
• Understand and practice boundary setting

A parent or caregiver is welcome to attend along with youth.
