Join us for a day of discovery to support youth with disabilities as they transition to adulthood! Designed for families, youth (14-21), and professionals, this Virtual Summit will dive into the following topics:

• Financial Empowerment and Literacy
• Pre-employment Transition Services
• Self-determination
• Sexuality, Relationships, and Person-Centered Supports
• SSA Benefits and Employment
• Supported Decision Making and Alternatives to Guardianship
• Supported Employment
• Supported Living and Housing
• Transition Services (18-21)

Free for families & youth! $25 for educators and other professionals (includes certificate of attendance)
