One Page Profiles for the Medical Setting

Every child, especially if they experience unique health needs, should have a positive relationship with their health care providers.  Please join us as we welcome Lydia Dennehy, from the Oregon Family to Family Information Center, for this interactive workshop and explore how to build or adapt a One Page Profile that is especially geared to the medical, dental, or therapy setting.
