Clark County Rent Assistance – Monthly rent assistance screenings

Rent assistance screenings will take place on April 6, 2023 and May 8, 2023 beginning at 12:30pm. Screenings will close when funds available for each day are gone. Any future screening dates will be announced no later than June 1.

HOW TO APPLY

TELEPHONE: Beginning at 12:30pm, call the Housing Hotline (360) 695-9677 and press 5 to apply or hear a recorded message that funds are gone until the next scheduled opening.

IN PERSON: If you do not have access to a phone or computer, beginning at 12:30pm you may come to the Housing Solutions Center at  2306, NE Andresen Road, Suite A, Vancouver, 98661H

You qualify for rent assistance if you can answer yes to the following:

You are behind on your rent and the income of all adults in your household is at or below 80% of the Area Median Income.

In the chart below, the top line is number of people in the household. The second line is the maximum income all adults in the household can earn and still qualify for assistance.

Important Information

• This program does not assist with mortgage payments

This program is for one-time rent assistance per household

* The amount of assistance available will fluctuate monthly due to funding sources

* If a screening is canceled, Council for the Homeless will announce on their website and social media
