Building Independence (Vancouver WA & online)

Building Independence is a program designed to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in gaining the skills, confidence, and resources they need to live more independently. Through a mix of in-person and virtual sessions, participants engage in activities focused on daily living skills, self-advocacy, community engagement, communication, among various other activities. The program encourages peer connection, fosters personal growth, and empowers each person to take meaningful steps toward their unique vision of independence, all while having fun in a supportive and inclusive environment.
