DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nWhat?  Portland-area focus group for families of adults receiving DD services (K Plan) in their family home or in their own home \nWhen?  Sunday\, February 10\, 1-2:30pm \nWhere? Independence NW\, 919 NE 19th Avenue\, Ste. 275-N Portland\, OR 97232 \nWhy? To seek qualitative feedback from family members of adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities related to their preferences\, needs\, and experiences with DD case management. What do people with disabilities and families want and need from the DD system? What is working and not working? How might case management best support the ideal that people envision? \nFOOD AND DRINK  WILL BE PROVIDED TO PARTICIPANTS \nParticipation is voluntary and confidential.
