As we grapple with change and adapt to new expectations in many ways we have to look to and within ourselves to find the core of quality.\n\nThe opening keynote with Robin Rose\, an accomplished trainer\, speaker and consultant with a background in counseling and education\, translates the latest research into practical skills on how to stay calm\, professional and effective when under stress.\n\nWe also need tools\, knowledge and understanding to do our best work together\, and we have that in abundance in our agenda.
