DESCRIPTION:Presented by OFSN \nFamily engagement is integral to policy\, system planning\, and service design\, delivery\, and evaluation. The lived experience of family members\, caregivers\, and peers is a form of specialized expertise. When it is considered in collaboration with the expertise of system partners\, service quality improves.
