DESCRIPTION:Presented by the Institute on Development and Disability \nPlease join the Institute on Development and Disability for our first event in our ongoing series\, the Collaborative Caregiving Community. \nThursday\, May 18th\, 2023 \n6:00pm-7:00pm \nSee QR code for registration or click the LINK HERE \n  \nFast Facts and Functional Ideas For: Behavior Support Over Summer Break \nPresented by Leah LaLonde\, Ph.D \n  \nThis FREE\, VIRTUAL workshop is for parents/caregivers of preschool to school-aged children with disabilities\, and will provide information and guidance regarding: \n– Implementing structure and routine at home \n– Managing challenging behaviors \n– Creating positive family time \nThere will also be opportunities to interact with other caregivers of similar-aged children with disabilities to discuss these topics and use of strategies. \n  \nThe Collaborative Caregiving Community is a series of meetings created to provide caregivers of children with disabilities with the opportunity to learn about rotating topics of interest. Join us as we bring caregivers and healthcare providers together to discuss functional ideas for addressing different areas of concern! \nNote: The first 30 registrants will be sent a link. We encourage multiple caregivers of the same family/household to submit only one registration form and join the session together on the same computer
