The information night is designed for teen and adult-aged students. Families and students of all ages are welcome to attend. \nPlease join us to learn about: \nPost-secondary education resources: PCC Accessible Education and Disability Resources \nEmployment: Vocational rehabilitation\, job development\, and job coaching \nAdult support services: Eligibility\, how to apply\, and understanding service provider options \nDeveloping independent life skills: Ridewise Travel training\, recreation\, and volunteer resources \nParent resources: Includes Special needs financial planning\, Down Syndrome Network Oregon \nCommunity Transition Program (CTP): How LO partners with outside agencies to facilitate a seamless transition when exiting school services \nPersonal experiences from students and families in CTP \nDirections: \nThe LOSD Staff Development Room is located in building 2477 on the Lake Oswego High School campus.
