This event is to celebrate all individuals with a variety of sensory preferences and is designed to accommodate all individuals\, including those who require a quieter and more sensory-friendly environment. \nDate: Sunday\, April 13th\, 2025 \nLocation: Peterson Barn Community Center – 870 Berntzen Rd\, Eugene\, OR 97402 \nTimes: 1:30 – 4:30pm \nWe have considered the diverse range of sensory sensitivities among participants\, and we offer different elements to ensure that everyone can enjoy the experience. \nFor those who prefer a quieter environment due to sensory sensitivities\, we have designated an All Inclusive “Quiet” Egg Hunts where they can engage in the Egg Hunt in a way that is comfortable and enjoyable for them\, without feeling overwhelmed by noise or distractions. This egg hunt is from 1:30 – 3pm. \nOur All-inclusive “Free For All” Egg Hunt is for those children who do not need a quiet environment but still want the flexibility of a come and go style egg hunt. DESCRIPTION:(Online) Support and Discussion Group for Autistic Adults – Tuesday Edition\, age 18 +  \nMeets online every Tuesday\, from 12:00 to 1:30 pm.  \nDue to the popularity of the Thursday night group\, we’ve opened this version that meets as a separate group on Tuesdays.  \nThe purpose of this group is to cultivate a safe\, affirming space to process and discuss what it’s like to be autistic in the world.  \nFacilitated by Rae (he/him)\, an Autistic person. DESCRIPTION:Autism Parent Support Group: Join our Autism Parent Support Group\, an online community for parents and caregivers of Autistic children (ages 0-22). \nWe meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 6:30 -7:30 pm to share experiences\, resources\, and encouragement. \nFacilitated by Lori Ball\, Programs Director at the Autism Society of Oregon and a parent of an autistic child\, our sessions provide a safe space to connect\, discuss strategies\, and gain insights. \nParents can share triumphs and concerns\, seek guidance on school systems\, and find emotional support.
