We’ll have fidgets and sensory toys available. There is free parking and the #12 Bus stops close to the building. \nPlease let us know in advance if you need to talk to someone in a language other than English. \nWe’re happy to set up in person meetings by appointment outside of these hours\, including in English and Spanish. DESCRIPTION:This support group provides a welcoming community for Autistic adults employed in professional positions to share business-related experiences and to solicit feedback and advice. This group is for Autistic\, career-focused individuals who hold or have held mid to senior level positions and/or a position with at least 2 years of experience in their field. \nThe group offers an overall sense of belonging\, group mentorship\, and social connection. At each meeting there will be a guided topic to start the conversation which can lead to bigger discussions. This group is led by Dan Dickinson\, an Autistic adult who works in a mid-level professional position. There are 3 separate areas: All Ages\, Teen\, and Adult \nWhat: An opportunity to get to together and play video games and board games. \nWhere: West Linn Lutheran Church\, 20390 Willamette Dr\, West Linn\, OR 97068 \nWhen: 2nd Friday of each month\, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. \nCost: $10 suggested donation per family\, parking is free \nFood: Pizza and beverage provided\, but please bring a potluck item to share \nSponsorship provided by Autism Society of Oregon to keep costs down \nA responsible adult must stay at any ASO event with all children under age 14 and anyone who requires a caregiver for their safety. Unless otherwise specifically stated\, ASO cannot provide caregiving services at our events and is not responsible for personal safety.
