Support Groups Sponsored by ASO

ASO is co-sponsoring a parent on-line chat room called Parents in Eastern Oregon. Parents and Families are welcome to join our online community: http://easternoregonautismsupport.ning.com/

Special Needs Families Connect will be having monthly meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 5:30-7pm at the Pendleton ESD office (unless otherwise posted at www.facebook.com/familiesconnect ).  Come join our group of Special Needs families supporting each other!  Our meetings feature free childcare and dinner provided by a donation from the Autism Society of Oregon.  For more information email familiesconnect@zoho.com or call 541-377-0790.

NEW DAY & MEETING PLACE!  Autism Support Group Meeting (Enterprise), meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month, from 9-11am, at The Red Rooster Cafe on 309 W Main Street, Enterprise, OR. Join local families and caregivers who have children on the autism spectrum. Unfortunately, no childcare is provided, but you are welcome to bring your children. Snacks will be provided. Pendleton Parks and Rec is offering "open gym" for Special Needs Families every Sunday from Noon-1:30pm free of charge!  The Helen McCune Gym is located at 510 SW Dorion in Pendleton, and has a variety of equipment for people to use.
