Cracking the Code: Understanding Your Child’s Behavior and Exploring Tools and Strategies that Support Positive Behaviors

 
With Jennifer Allison and Raquel Martinez (OTAC). Our focus for this session will be understanding Early Childhood Positive Behavior Interventions and supports that help children get their needs met. You will learn strategies to address challenging behavior.

This is a Cross-Disabilities session geared to families and caregivers of children ages birth to five that experience a disability. Professionals that work with this group are welcome.
  • Designed for parents of children with age 0 - 5 with a disability and professionals that support them
  • Free of charge
  • Childcare Available-- Space is limited; pre-registration is essential. Children must be fed, dressed and ready to start their day by 8:30 am in order to attend childcare
  • Spanish Translation Available
  • Morning Snack & Beverages and Family Lunch Provided
  • Additional Speakers, Family Story, Resource Table and NWDSA Updates
  • Registration Required
