Helping Children Learn

4805 NE Glisan St., Portland
A free presentation by Judi Wandres. With more than 30 years of classroom experience, she has led workshops on differentiated instruction, brain-based teaching, and learning profiles for students in pre-K-12. Wandres has developed an innovative program to help parents understand their child's multiple intelligences, learning styles and strengths.  She will explain how to incorporate this information into special education plans.  Through discussion and activities,  participants will understand how to identify a child's learning style and techniques to help them become more successful in the classroom.
