Mentorship

Dream Builders Alliance, a project of Community Vision, Inc., helps youth and young adults with a range of disabilities set employment goals, explore post-secondary education options, and make plans for living the life they want to live. Young adults are paired 1:1 with mentors to explore their dreams and goals in the community.

FACT is proud to partner with CVI on Dream Builders Alliance! This mentor program will provide a fun and safe learning environment for young adult participants who experience disability that build towards developing goals and vocational skills while exploring personal interests.

By joining the Dream Builders transition cohort:

  • Parents will attend all education sessions
  • Participants will complete research and homework assignments
  • Families will support their young adult to participate in 1:1 mentorship
